親愛的
媽媽情真地親親孩子的臉，
盛載着滿懷的恩慈和疼愛。
孩子滿面喜樂地領受，
平安與滿足都表露了。
你多久沒有親親你心底最愛的人呢？
媽媽、爸爸、丈夫、妻子、孩子……
還有我們至愛的朋友？
「甚麼？他們的心是知道你愛他？」
人的敏感和愛意，原來在不斷的壓抑，
不絕的忽冷忽熱會失去彈性，
最終變得無情、無慾、無愛，無求！
一切都好像在工作以外的「不必要！」
用言語去表示你的關懷！
用行動去表達你如何地寵他！
重視你愛的人有甚麼不對？
請不要再吝嗇你的愛，
今天就開始以行動去告訴她：「親愛的，我愛你！」
「我未將你造在腹中、我已曉得你、你未出母胎、我已分別你為聖。」

有福的女人
常言道：蠢女人最有福了！
因為她們不知愁滋味，
也不會顧影自憐，好高鶩遠，不切實際。
一道清茶淡飯，
一句半句甜言蜜語，
一套不知所謂的長篇肥皂劇，
一間一廳兩房的斗室，
一本幾位數字的銀行存摺，
一個每月依期付家用的丈夫，
一個每夜都睡在自己身旁的男人，
一年一度聖誕節才出現的家庭聚會，
一個健康的孩子，一束鮮花，
一家人在超市買家庭用品食物的下午……
一幅一幅看似幸福的人生和家庭照便活現在眼前。
誰能判斷是愚昧還是聰明呢？
如果快樂、祥和、恬靜、重覆和滿足就是幸福，
那上述的女人是否就是有福呢？
或許女人先要把幸福和愚昧的定義搞清楚，
討論方能得以繼續下去！
「相信的女子是有福的！因為主對她所說的話都要應驗。」

人生有多少個十年？
要和諧，恬靜，富足，平安…
但又不被任何人，事，物所約束，
先要擁有開明靜淨的心。
懊悔緬懷，埋怨何不當初有甚麼意思？
學習與寧靜交往，嘗試享受獨處的欣悅，
忘掉困苦，挫敗，抹去個人不快的經歷，
原諒曾經傷害你的一切，
接受人是不能解決由同一腦袋造成的困局，
唯有放下自我，不斷的更生，
改變心思、意念、行為和執著才是出路！
完全的寬恕，可讓人的心騰出空間，
去接受愛和享受愛人的歷程。
善待你的心靈境界，聆聽內心的諧和韻律，
智慧是避開所有會令你軟弱，
挫敗、失喪、犯罪的源頭。
接受能力有限，不能給予人你所沒有的。
仍未尋穫，因為我們仍刻意，仍有所求，
勇於嘗試，謙卑知足，無求無慾，讓身心靈真正的和諧。
「若有人在基督裡，他就是新造的人，舊事已過，都變成新的了。」
(歌林多後書 5:17)

無求 ( Purity)

人到無求品自高，
確實是人生中可愛和叫人夢寐以求的一回事。
我們自小便學習不要求人，要靠自己！
要自力更生，
要獨當一面，自給自足…
最好除了不求人外，
更希望不要有人來求你，
省卻麻煩、尷尬和費神處理。
於是，
你行你的陽關路，
我過我的獨木橋。
互不關心，互不拖欠，
最後世界都沒有了關懷和往來，
但無求是否同時反映了靜止和再沒有期盼的意思呢？
祈求一點都不羞恥，發自心底虔誠的祈求，
是上主最盼望和喜悅的事，
請不要停止繼續祈求。
神也有盼望，何況我們是人！
「你要專心仰賴耶和華，不可倚靠自己的聰明。」
(箴言3:5)

感恩 (Thanksgiving)

新天新地，從宇宙開始的第一天， 己擁有她獨特的氣質與內在美，石塊上不斷擴展的銹色，扭結頑強的樹紋、浩瀚磅礴的原野，路邊的一個水中倒影， 都是自然，情真。
這位創造天地的主果真是一位世界上最傑出的藝術家，不管過路人是否察覺衪的存在，仍殷勤地為世界塗添姿彩， 一年四季，春夏秋冬， 都各有獨特誘人的氣息。
常感歎人的智慧有限， 往往未能明白上主的心意和宇宙的奧秘。
真、善、美， 從世界開始的第一天便存在， 但是我們又可曾領會呢？
『我仰視你親手創造的天空，觀看你陳設的月亮星辰。啊，人算甚麼，你竟顧念他！必朽的人算甚麼，你竟關懷他！』

The rocks’ colors spread like a painter’s palette; the intertwining networks of twigs and branches; the breathtaking fields and street side reflections, all are natural wonders that touch the heart.
Praised for His creative artistry, The Creator really is the most ingenious artist. His existence acknowledged or not by humans alike, does not matter, as He paints the world with artful sincerity and honesty, the reflections of truth and beauty. All seasons – Spring, Summer, Fall, and Winter bear the seductive yet indulging beauty.
Boasting on human intelligence, often times our incompatibilities are once again shown as we fail to understand and acknowledge the Creator’s will and mysteries of the universe.
Truth, Compassion, and Beauty — the long standing pillars standing ever since the world exists, but are they standing firmly in our hearts?
『When I see your heavens, the work of your fingers, the moon and the stars, which you have put in their places – What is man, that you keep him in mind? the son of man, that you take him into account?』

A: 什麼都不想要!
什麼都不再追!
遠離塵囂, 置身世外桃園,
身體因日積月累瘋狂工作,
胡亂飲食, 荒謬生活，
器官早已積勞成疾，無一完整，康復無期。
頓悟健康才是真正的財富！
B: 名成利就，羨煞旁人的金砌銀堆豪華享受。
緩下腳步，正欲與太太子女計劃將來，享受人生,
過人間世外的仙侶餘生。
奈何驚覺身旁的妻子兒女不再需要
從不顧家，未見踪影的丈夫在身旁！
散了財，分了家，妻兒遠走，各自各「精彩」。
如夢初醒，人生一場虛空。
C: 再三強調他什麼都沒有興趣和時間！
包括對愛人、子女總是若即若離，
一切的滿足都源自工作，每天營營役役
奔波於中國大地和東方之珠，
管它奪去他的所有……
一日黃金夢未完，他的心只有拼命繼續盲目地追求。
但聰明的他是知道除了自己有機會變成A、B之外，
更有可能是D!
D: 沒有警告，沒有懊悔，沒有哭啼埋怨的伴侶出現過，
在一個清晨 D心臟病突發，
一切都停頓了，人生夢亦完了！
『人若賺得全世界，賠上自己的生命，有甚麼益處呢？人還能拿甚麼換生命呢？』

漆黑一片， 常以為黎明總沒出現。
獨來獨往， 以為在獨個兒面對一切。
常問：
主啊! 為何你的路總是隱藏?
為何你的喜樂從沒滲透?
為何你的平安仍未施予?
為何你的同在並不顯明?
主說：「我兒，安靜。 我不就是在你身旁嗎? 」
『不要怕，我與你同在；我是你的上帝，你還怕甚麼呢？我要使你堅強，要幫助你；我要保護你，要拯救你。… 我是上主 ─ 你的上帝。我必攙扶你的右手。我告訴你：「不要怕！我要幫助你。」… 我要在荒山中使江河出現，在山谷中使泉水湧流。我要使沙漠有湖泊，使旱地有水源。』

眼目所見，
直透心窩，
自然界的偉大和魅力叫人讚嘆不絶，
正感謝造物主奇妙作為時，
刹那間， 天色驟變， 風雲齊湧，
日月褪色， 徐徐籠罩了整片大地，
眼淚同時奪眶而出，
不是悲慼、恐懼，
只是察覺到人的渺小，
造物主的全能和力量。
『我的神啊！天地都要滅沒，你卻要長存；天地都要如外衣漸漸舊了。你要將天地如裡衣更換，天地就都改變了。惟有你永不改變；你的年數沒有窮盡。』

Seen by the naked eyes, accompanied by utmostly sharp senses, the great wonders of nature capture our hearts with their mesmerizing beauty.
Acknowledging the Creator’s Power over this all, the instant leads to a series of changes, as a drastic rush of morbid colors filled the sky, empowered by the creeps of the silent but deadly winds. Feeling this, the naked eyes could no longer control the inner urge as warm droplets of tears dripped along the sides of reddening cheeks.
It isn’t misery, nor is it fear for uncertainty in the midst of such dreary, dramatic transformation, but a moment that human existence bears an inevitable sense of vulnerability, to be compared with the mightiness of no one, other than the Divine Creator, Himself.
『O my God! The earth and the heavens will come to an end, but you will still go on; they all will become old like a coat, and like a robe they will be changed. But you are the unchanging One, and your years will have no end.』

蛻變 (Metamorphosis)

昆蟲， 人生， 都市， 都在經歷蛻變。
昨日卵子孵化成蟲， 叫世人未敢全然親近，
誰會想到或相信， 它可展翅高飛， 引來欣賞讚嘆。
又如年輕人血氣方剛， 不畏艱辛。
勇往直前， 為前路而織夢，
悉力以赴， 滄海也會變桑田
今天的大都會芳華正盛， 艷羨目光滙聚。
生命就是一種歷煉，
愈是經歷， 愈是美麗!

窗外溫馨情真，
還是決絶無情?
它都一一盡收眼底。
袖手旁觀， 但冷暖早己盡知。
窗外的世界，
彩色繽紛， 熱鬧急促，
過路人都太忙太累，
盔甲披在身上， 早己成為肌膚的一部分， 真假難分，
再刺痛的衝擊， 再感人的場面， 也可以無動於衷。
窗， 你身處一個這樣的位置， 感受是怎樣的呢?
你是否準備永遠做一個旁觀者?

『親愛的朋友們，既然上帝那麼愛我們，我們也應該彼此相愛。沒有人看見過上帝，但我們若彼此相愛，上帝就在我們的生命裡，而他的愛藉著我們完全實現了。』
